Forexiz is designed with minimal data collection in mind. As a permissionless trading protocol, we collect only what is necessary to operate the platform. We do not require identity documents, and we do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

2. What We Collect

Authentication data:

• • Email sign-in: Email address, hashed password
• • Wallet sign-in (coming): Public wallet address only — this is public blockchain data, not personally identifiable information

Trading data:

• • Open and closed positions, trade history, prediction market activity
• • Deposit and withdrawal records (including blockchain transaction hashes)
• • Account balances and equity calculations

Technical data:

• • IP address, device type, browser information
• • Session tokens (JWT), stored securely and rotated regularly

3. What We Don't Collect

• ✓ No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels

4. On-Chain Data

Deposits and withdrawals on Forexiz involve blockchain transactions. Blockchain data is inherently public and immutable — transaction hashes, amounts, and wallet addresses are visible on public block explorers.

Forexiz does not control blockchain networks and cannot modify or delete on-chain data. If you use a wallet address that is linked to your identity elsewhere, that association is outside Forexiz's control.

6. Third-Party Services

All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Session tokens are rotated regularly. We follow industry best practices for securing web applications.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

9. Law Enforcement

Forexiz may disclose user data if required by law, court order, or government request. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before such disclosure unless prohibited by law.
